We are the private owners of ONE lodge. The Windermere self-catering lodge is situated on a high class 5 star holiday park on the edge of Lake Windermere in the heart of the Lake District. Facilities include an a la carte restaurant, cocktail bar, family lounge bar, take-away, indoor children's amusements and outdoor play area, shop/off licence and laundrette.

The park is situated within the Lake District National Park, 2 miles from the popular towns of Windermere and Ambleside.

The privately owned pine lodge is situated in a lovely part of the holiday park - within the tranquil and quiet woodlands where, if you are lucky, you may see wild deer but you are sure to see many wild rabbits and birds. On warm summer evenings you can dine on the veranda or just sip a glass of wine.
The park has been awarded a David Bellamy Gold award for its conservation efforts.

Lodge description:

Sleeps upto 4 people - 1 twin/1 double bedroom

Colour television with selected satellite stations

Kitchen dining area with gas oven, microwave and fridge

Bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin

Gas fire in lounge

Electric panel heaters in the bedrooms

Duvets and pillows are provided but bed linen & towels are not included

Radio/CD player with selection of CDs, videos, games, books, tourist information leaflets

Parking for 2 cars is available next to the lodge

For the comfort of ALL guests the lodge is a no smoking zone and we do not accept pets

The park also has a heated indoor pool*, sauna* and gym*, cycle hire*, tennis courts* and internet access*.

As you would be enjoying self-catering in Windermere, Windermere village, Bowness and Ambleside are all within easy reach for shopping or dining out . Or you may choose to take to the hills for walking or climbing, or if you need to relax it's all here for you to enjoy, and while you are relaxing your children can play in the park's fantastic play area.
